Can I freeze my membership?
Yes — freeze for up to eight weeks a year at no cost. Tell the front desk or tap freeze in the member app.
How do I pay?
Mobile Money and card through Paystack, or cash at the front desk. Renewals can be paid from your phone.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee and no contract. Monthly members can cancel any time before their next renewal date.
Do you offer personal training?
Quarterly members get one session included; Elite members get a monthly programme review. Extra sessions are ₵120.
