Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Complit Fitness's app, website or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to use our services. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Memberships run for the duration shown at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and payments are processed securely by Paystack.

Where you authorise recurring or renewal payments, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel. Freezes, extensions, cancellations and refunds are handled by gym management and recorded against your account. Refunds, where offered, are at the discretion of gym management and in line with applicable law.

Class and session bookings are subject to availability. You may cancel a booking up to the cancellation window shown for that session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be recorded and may affect future bookings.

Diet and workout plans, including those generated with the help of automated tools, are general wellness guidance only. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Please consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have a medical condition. You use all plans, equipment and facilities at your own risk.

You agree to use our app and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Use another member's account, or share your account with others
• Use the services to harass or harm others

While at the facility, you agree to follow the posted gym rules and staff instructions, use equipment safely, and respect other members and staff. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers or disrupts others.

The app, website, branding and content are owned by Complit Fitness or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for their intended purpose. Content you submit, such as progress photos, remains yours; you grant us permission to store and use it to provide the services to you.

Our services rely on third parties such as payment, messaging and hosting providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the facilities, equipment or plans, except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the gym rules, or where required by law. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new 'Last updated' date. If you continue to use the services after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
